Processing of Payments

Please note that Smart Path Psychology processes the full session fee at 9:00am on the day of your scheduled appointment. Where applicable, your Medicare rebate will be submitted promptly following successful processing of the full payment.

This payment structure is in place to ensure sessions commence on time and are not delayed by administrative processing at the time of arrival. By finalising payment prior to your appointment, we minimise disruptions and allow your session time to remain focused entirely on your care and therapeutic needs.

We appreciate your understanding, as this approach supports the smooth and professional operation of the practice while prioritising a consistent and uninterrupted therapeutic experience for all clients.
