How Sessions Work

Sessions are 50 minutes and are available:

  • Telehealth appointments (Thursdays)

  • In-person appointments (Fridays – Essendon, VIC)

Evidence-based approaches may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices - selected to suit your needs.
