  • In-person appointments are available Fridays at:

    Telehealth appointments are available Australia-wide on Thursdays and Fridays.

  • You may attend privately without a referral.

    If you wish to access Medicare rebates, you will require a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

  • $250 per 50-minute session

    Mental Health Care Plans are accepted. Clients may choose to utilise Medicare rebates or attend privately.

    Bulk billing is not available at this time.

  • Please note that Smart Path Psychology processes the full session fee at 9:00am on the day of your scheduled appointment.

    Where applicable, your Medicare rebate will be submitted promptly following successful processing of the full payment.

    This payment structure is in place to ensure sessions commence on time and are not delayed by administrative processing at the time of arrival. By finalising payment prior to your appointment, we minimise disruptions and allow your session time to remain focused entirely on your care and therapeutic needs.

    We appreciate your understanding, as this approach supports the smooth and professional operation of the practice while prioritising a consistent and uninterrupted therapeutic experience for all clients.

  • Bulk billing is not available at this time.

    • More than 48 hours’ notice – no fee

    • 48 to 25 hours – 50% of session fee will be charged.

    • 24 hours or less – full session fee will apply.

  • Sessions run for 50 minutes.

  • Yes. Rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. Please contact your insurer to confirm eligibility.

  • Smart Path Psychology works with WorkSafe, TAC, DVA, FAS and NDIS. Please enquire to discuss documentation requirements.

  • Smart Path Psychology is not a crisis service.
